Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

This policy is between you and UPOD LLC (“UPod”, “we”, “us”).


1. One-time purchases

UPod sells one-time access passes to the UPod APMLE Part 1 question bank:

  • 3-Month Access: $299 USD
  • 6-Month Access: $499 USD

These are one-time charges. They are not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically and you will not be billed again.

2. All sales are final

Access to the full question bank is delivered digitally and unlocks immediately after purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund.

3. Cancellation

Because there is no subscription and no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel. Your access ends automatically at the end of your purchased term (90 days for the 3-Month pass or 180 days for the 6-Month pass, from the date of purchase). You will not be charged again.

4. Billing errors and access problems

We will always make billing right where we are genuinely at fault. Contact us at [email protected] if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We will refund duplicate charges.
  • You completed payment but were not given access to the product. We will restore your access, or refund you if we cannot.

These are the only circumstances under which we issue refunds.

5. How to reach us

For any billing question, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is genuinely unauthorized or in error, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback on a valid, delivered purchase may result in your access being suspended.
